We are experienced in sending goods from the UK to other EU countries. Below are details of the service you can expect and shipping prices and timescales.

Will I have to pay import duty?
No. Any goods sent to EU address will be free from import tax. You are liable for the 17.5% UK sales tax, but this is already calculated into our prices.

How much will shipping cost / how long will it take?
We will send you a shipping quote as soon as we receive your order. Most orders will take 3-5 days, though Greece, Portugal and Spain may take an extra day or 2.

How do I order?
Place an order on the online store , at the checkout you will be asked for your address. At this point you will see zero shipping charge - we will then send you a revised order confirmation with shipping charges included.

How can I pay?
We accept Visa and Mastercard. You will be billed in UK pounds which will be converted to your currency by your card issuer.

What insurance do I have?
All our high value goods are sent by Courier. This is a tracked and insured service, which requires proof of delivery. If your order goes astray you are not liable. Lower value goods are sent International Signed For which is also tracked and insured. We have never had any problems in the past. You have further protection from your card issuer.
