Items not in stock/Back-Orders PDF Print E-mail

We realise how frustrating it is to find that after you order that the item is not available or that there will be a delay. We keep a huge amount of stock and are very proud of our 'from stock' delivery record. However, we occasionally run out of items and in the case of gliders we normally have to order your specific size and colour through the importer.

As soon as we process your order we will inform you if an item is not in stock. We can usually re-order goods within a couple of days and will do this automatically. In some cases we will ask a supplier to send direct to you to cust down on delay. 

Backorders
If you backorder an item with us we will not process the payment until the goods are in stock and ready to ship.
We will contact you by email if there is a delay greater than suggested at the time of order. You will always have the option to cancel your order.
If you order a combination of instock items and items on backorder then we will often ship the in stock items straight away, followed by the backordered items as they come into stock.

We will only charge you 1 shipping charge.
