We realise how frustrating it is to find that after you order that the item is not available or that there will be a delay. We keep a huge amount of stock and are very proud of our 'from stock' delivery record. However, we occasionally run out of items and in the case of gliders we normally have to order your specific size and colour through the importer. As soon as we process your order we will inform you if an item is not in stock. We can usually re-order goods within a couple of days and will do this automatically. In some cases we will ask a supplier to send direct to you to cust down on delay. Backorders We will only charge you 1 shipping charge. |
