We are experienced in sending goods worldwide. Below are details of the service you can expect and shipping methods and timescales. By buying goods from us you can often save considerable amounts compared to buying locally, even when shipping is taken into account. This especially applies to European made gear.

All our prices shown are inclusive of the UK VAT at 17.5%. For orders outside of the EU this will be deducted and often your delivery will reach you without you having to pay your country's local tax rate! 

Will I have to pay import duty?
Possibly. You are liable for all import charges. Please contact your customs office for full details.

How much will shipping cost?
We will need to quote you on these. We will charge you just our cost price and we will choose the shipping method to best suit your country and the goods being sent. Most small items are sent by Royal Mail International Services. Larger boxes will be sent by UPS.

How long will it take?
Again we need to quote you on this once we know the order details.

How do I order?
Add items to cart as normal. This will show the tax inclusive prices. At checkout it will be unable to confirm shipping price, carry on and enter the full details of the order. We will then work out the tax free price, shipping costs and timings and let you know these by e mail. If you are then happy with these we will process the order. Or of course you can call us- international number below.

How can I pay?
We accept visa and Mastercard. You will be billed in UK pounds which will be converted to dollars by your card issuer.

What assurances do I have?
All our high value goods are sent by a tracked and insured service, which requires proof of delivery. If your order goes astray you are not liable. We have never had any problems in the past. You have further protection from your card issuer.
