First Impressions - Sup'Air QuoVadis Reversible Harness PDF Print E-mail

Sup'Air are always at the forefront of harness development and with the new Quo Vadis they have again raised the bar in terms of comfort and adjustability.

The harness has a huge range of adjustment and the fit is perfect, it comes in a wide range of sizes too so getting the right one is never a compromise. Notable features are the self-retracting foot stirrup which makes long flights much more comfortable and which significantly reduces drag. The carbon seat actually moves with you as you apply the speed bar to give a clean and comfortable reclined position making regular use of the bar very natural. The airbag inflates very quickly on launch and Sup'Air's extensive test programme has paid dividends in the unrivalled level of back protection afforded. Features include internal pockets and routing for both a drinks system and a radio. The Quo Vadis can also be upgraded to a full pod harness with the addition of the Sup'Air leg fairing system. Once connected the leg fairing makes a comfortable, warm and very low drag system.

The Quo Vadis reverses into itself to make a comfortable rucksack and remove the necessity and weight of a glider bag on the hill. (There is enough room for your glider, light helmet and leg fairing in the bag).

Available in the new 2011 Black and green livery of Sup'Air, this is a superb harness offering ultimate comfort and protection. The modular leg-pod upgrade option give the performance, warmth and comfort for pilots doing long cross-country flights and flying in cold condition at altitude, or it can be used without the pod as an everyday soaring harness with low weight and of course excellent comfort and ease of use.

Quo Vadis is £745 and the leg pod is £153. The pods are interchageable so you can marry a medium harness with a long pod or vice versa meaning all shapes and sizes of pilot get a perfect fit.
