Standard Delivery

How Quick?
All small orders placed before 1.30pm on a working day will be dispatched that day by Royal Mail First Class Post. In most cases these items will be delivered next day but this is not guaranteed.

 Do I need to sign for them?
This depends on the value and size of the goods ordered. Lower value goods that will fit through a standard letterbox will be sent Standard First Class. Larger items will be sent First Class Signed-For.

Next Day Delivery

How Quick?
All orders placed before 1.30pm on a working day will be dispatched that day for delivery the next working day.

Do I need to sign for them?
Yes. Please choose an address where the goods can be signed for.

How will we send them, and what if I am not in?
Small volume items up to 2kg will be sent by Special Delivery. This is a guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next day.
Larger items will be sent by City Link carrier. This is a next working day service so can be delivered up to 5.30pm the day following despatch. If you need another service please ask at the time of ordering.
